Currently, LMNH Counselling is provided by practicum students training to become professional clinical counselors. Also, our counsellors work with clients experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, bereavement, life transitions, family conflict, and most importantly, low self-esteem etc. Certainly, we open to eligible community members.

Art Therapy

Moreover, Little Mountain Neighbourhood House has an Art Therapy Program. Further, it is facilitated by a student attending the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute. In addition, the Art Therapy student will work with clients to encourage them to express themselves. So, by displaying different art forms, our Art Therapy student can address a variety of issues such as anger, grief, loss and different emotions.
