Join us and learn how to be a savvy shopper during the holiday season. A certified nutritionist from Save-on-Foods will talk about how to save on groceries and our settlement counsellor and LINC teacher Silva will share online resources to get you the lowest possible prices for groceries.

Participants will receive a small gift which is kindly donated by the Neighbourhood Small Grants.
